1. Acceptance of The Use of Phase Zero products (PZ) Website Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of the PZ website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by law. By using the PZ website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop and cease using the PZ website for any reason purpose.
2. Credit Card Details
Valid credit card information must be provided at the time of order. Payment is processed immediately once the order is placed and there shall be no refunds or credits unless authorized in writing by PZ.
3. Advice The contents of the PZ website does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making, or refraining from making, any decision. Any user is to seek the advice and counsel of the user’s personal advisors and consultants.
4. Change of Use PZ reserves the right at any time or without notice to:
4.1 Modify, change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the PZ website or any part of it without notice and your use hereof confirms that PZ shall not be liable to a user for any such change or removal
4.2 Modify, change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any modifications or changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

5. Links to Third Party Websites
The PZ website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that PZ is not responsible or is in any way liable for the content or availability of any such sites. The use of third part website is at the sole risk and responsibility of the user. No website should be sued prior to the user verifying that it is safe, contains no malware or has any viruses.
6. Copyright
6.1 All copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in the PZ website and its content (including without limitation the website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website) are owned by or licensed to PZ or otherwise used by PZ as permitted by law.
6.2 In accessing the PZ website, you agree and represent that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the website for personal, non-commercial home use only. PZ is relying on the foregoing representation.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the extent allowed by law the products on the PZ website are provided on an AS IS (with defects known or unknown) and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. To the extent allowed by law any and all warranties are specifically disclaimed.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, PZ will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the PZ website. Any user expressly disclaims any right to punitive or exemplary damages.
7.3 PZ makes absolutely no warranty that the functionality of the PZ website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the PZ website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
7.4 PZ shall have no liability if any of its products are misused or used in any inappropriate or illegal manner. A user is urged to seek proper training and education in regards to the use of any PZ product.
7.5 Knife steel is purchased from either: New Jersey Steel Baron or Niagara Specialty Metals Inc. Phase Zero may need to source steel from other manufacturers from time to time, depending on availability, however this document will be updated to reflect that.
8. Warranty
PZ conducts its business in a proper, honest, and fair manner. PZ products are designed to be used as tools in a broad range of proper-use cutting applications. Like all tools, PZ products require proper maintenance to function and will experience every day wear and tear through being carried and used. The nature of this every day wear and tear is subjective, and as such warranty can only be determined internally through PZ (not through blanket warranty across all products). 9. Return & Repair Policy
All custom work completed by PZ is considered a final and non-revocable sale at the option of PZ. All unused unopened products may be returned within 15 days if done so in the original packaging with all postage pre-paid. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all purchases over $100. All returns and warranty repairs must be approved in advance by contacting Phase Zero by emailing info@phasezeroau.com.
10. Order Cancellations
All requests for an order cancellation must be submitted via email to info@phasezero.com
11. Website and Social Media Channel Terms
PZ strives to accurately describe and represent all products; however, errors may occur. The actual product itself will supersede any description. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. PZ reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct any unknown errors in product listings. Please be aware that items that are incorrectly listed or priced and subsequently ordered may be cancelled at PZ’s discretion. In the event of a conflict in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. PZ makes no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present.
12. Blade and tool Purchases
PZ ships direct to the address and information given by the customer: The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding blade/item legalities. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned items. PZ reserves the right to cancel/refund orders made utilising third party software. PZ encourages buyers to familiarize themselves with applicable laws and regulations regarding possession and the carrying of edged weapons in their states (Australia wide) and internationally (for those ordering from USA).

13. Lead Times
PZ lead times are estimates and PZ will make every reasonable effort to ship within the time specified. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 10 days.

14. Shipping
PZ is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages. All orders over $100 a require signature upon receipt.
Delivery times are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience. Phase Zero does not take any responsibility if the delivery times are not met. We will, however, take every action to ensure a timely delivery. Website purchase may take up to 48–72 hours to process, if you require more urgent delivery, please contact us via email: info@phasezeroau.com

If you supply incorrect information and Australia Post cannot deliver your parcel, or you do not collect your parcel from the Post Office, you may be asked to cover freight costs for the goods to be resent.
Delivery times depend on a parcel’s place of origin and its destination.
15. Indemnity
Any use/purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold PZ and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, harm, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against or suffered by PZ arising out of any breach by user/purchaser of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of the use of PZ website. The foregoing indemnity shall have no limit in its scope or duration.
16. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
17. Legal
All orders must meet relevant legal requirements of the state of delivery and purchaser.
